Michelle Haskin Chicken Tortilla Soup (an old family recipe)
4 Chicken Breasts
2 Family Size Chicken Rice Soup (or 6 small cans)
1 Can Corn, drained
2 cans condensed tomato soup
2 cans ranch style beans
2 cans Ro-tel tolatoes with green chilis
2 cups chicken broth
2 tbsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. dried onion
Toppings
cilantro
sour cream
shredded cheese
tortilla strips
Combine chicken broth, garlic salt, and dried onion in large pot over medium heat. Cook 5 minutes. Add remaining ingreadients to pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. Top with chees, cilantro, sour cream and chips.
